Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $5.95

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or holidays.


International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Comia is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
